Description
Does your dog have a basic understanding of obedience commands but needs some work on reliability around distractions? What if instead of jumping around like a lunatic when the doorbell rings, your dog waits politely in a down position on their mat?
Lets build on the great foundation you’ve created with Basic Obedience! We’ll increase your dog’s reliability with those commands by reinforcing them with great distances, distractions and duration. This class will also teach your dog how to go to “place” and hold that down position. Training your dog to go to a specific place is one of the most useful behaviors a pet owner can have!
Includes:
- 1 New Obedience Command – Place: sending your dog to stay on a mat
- Polishes up and improving basic commands – Sit, Down, Stay, Come, and Heel – with increased distractions and over longer distances
- 2 Behavioral Commands – Drop, Leave It (as needed by class)
