Rules of Play – Longmont Humane Society Raffle
- Purchaser must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the state of Colorado to play. Tickets may not be purchased for minors.
- Entries can only be bought online at https://www.ticketsignup.io/TicketEvent/LongmontHumaneSocietyRaffle until 11:30 AM on May 31, 2024.
- In accordance with IRS tax laws, raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
- Entries can be purchased for $10 each or $40 for 5 entries. There is no limit on how many entries players may purchase.
- Longmont Humane Society’s 50/50 Raffle Drawing will take place at 12:00 p.m. on May 31 at Longmont Humane Society, 9595 Nelson Rd, Longmont, CO 80501. Winners do not need to be present.
- Winners will be required to provide a valid ID to claim prizes.
- There will be three tickets drawn: One Grand Prize will win a guaranteed payout of 50% of ticket sales, one Second Prize will win Dinner for 4 at Rosalee’s Pizzaria in Longmont, one third prize will win Lunch for 2 at Summit Tacos in Longmont. Winners will be notified by email and announced online on the raffle page on June 1, 2024. We will send notice by certified mail if we haven’t contacted the winners by June 10, 2024.
- Winners have 30 days from receipt of notification to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be retained for use in the next Longmont Humane Society Raffle.
- Winners agree to allow Longmont Humane Society to use their names and photos for marketing purposes.
