Full-time Training & Behavior Modification Manager
The Training and Behavior Modification Department (TBMD) Manager provides effective and appropriate training and handling for animals in need of behavior modification, and maintains animals’ behavioral health while in our kennel/shelter environment. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the operations of the TBMD to ensure compliance with the operational objectives and mission of the Longmont Humane Society (LHS). Full-time Veterinary Assistant
The Veterinary Assistant support the medical team at the Well Pet Clinic meeting with Drop-in clients and perform vaccination, hearworm testing, and nail trims. The Vet Tech will also assist the veternary team as needed either in the clinic or at the reception desk. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in the animal welfare field. Effecive communication, organization and strong customer service skills a must.
