Public Training Classes
Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, LHS is currently unable to offer in-person training, however in order to continue offering our training & behavior services during this time we are launching an entirely virtual alternative to our public training program including: private video training sessions, online obedience coureses, as well as mini-courses! All volunteer shifts are suspended until further notice. This includes shelter, clinic and Thrift Store volunteers. For the time being, Longmont Humane Society is not looking for new foster volunteers. If this changes, we will send out an update.
All events scheduled for April and May have been cancelled. Please monitor our website for upcoming opportunities to support our organization through local events.
Donations to the shelter of in-kind items such as food, cleaning and paper products, blankets and the like, should only be sent through our Amazon Wish List until further notice. Please do not bring donations to the facility in person. Additionally, please do not bring any donations to the Longmont Humane Society Thrift Store.
