Once Uka warms up she's truly a great cuddler. She teaches me something new each time I work with her. She's quiet and reserved, but truly enjoys smelling and being outside with you just sitting next to you! She's a little shy at first, but then she blossoms into a fun loving and happy girl when she sees you!" "Uka can come off as a little intimidating, but under that hardened exterior is a gushy sweet gal. She get's super excited to see her favorite people and immediately turns that frown upside down. The world is a little scary to Uka, but there's no doubt that she will learn to love it when she's with her forever family." "Uka is such a sweet girl! Although she can be shy at first, she's also very brave. She loves exploring agility games and even mastered the wobble board on her first try! She's looking for the right family to help her continue exploring all the world has to offer!" "Uka is growing so much with us, she is getting braver every day and has learned a lot! She walks nicely on leash and knows how to sit. She is such a sweet girl who is usually calm (except when she sees a squirrel LOL)." |

How to adopt a pet
If you are interested in adopting an animal on our website, please call us at 303.772.1232 for more information or come in during our regular business hours.
Animals may also be placed on “hold”. There is a $30 non-refundable, non-transferrable fee for placing a hold on an animal. The hold fee is used to help care for the animals and does not apply towards your final adoption fees.
We make every effort to keep these pages up to date. However, there is an unavoidable delay after adoption of an animal before the page can be updated. Any animal you see here may no longer be available for adoption. Feel free to come in and visit!
Due to scientific studies that indicate the unreliability of visual breed identification, unless an animal is brought to us with DNA results or AKC paperwork, we can only presume that animal is a mix of various breeds. Due to this fact, we will list those animals as “mix”.

Our organization offers 24PetWatch microchips, which include free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. For more information visit www.24petwatch.com or call 1-866-597-2424.
