Longmont Humane Society offers low-cost spays or neuters
to the public for your cats and dogs.  

Spaying or neutering your pets is a win-win scenario - your cats or dogs will be calmer and more affectionate, live healtheir lives and will help with pet overpopulation. 

We will have surgery times available to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Fees for low-cost spay-and-neuter surgeries are based on a flat rate unless 75 lbs or over.
• Animals will be dropped off and picked up on the same day; no overnight boarding services are available.
• Please bring proof of rabies and distemper vaccinations to your appointment to present at check in.

Surgical fees are:

Feline neuter $50*
Feline spay $60*
Canine neuter $80*
Canine spay $90*

* Please note: Additional fees may apply if the animal is in heat, pregnant or chryptorchid (undescended testicle), subject to the judgment of the clinic veterinarian.
